To cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible.

Orders may be cancelled free of charge before processing begins.

Once processing has begun, your order may have already been submitted to a manufacturer, supplier, fulfillment partner, or freight carrier. At that point, cancellation may no longer be possible, and any costs already incurred may apply and may be deducted from any refund issued.

Once your order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Because The Leisure Nook does not accept returns for change-of-mind reasons, orders that have already shipped may only be eligible for a return, replacement, repair, or refund if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to the terms of our Returns & Refund Policy.
