Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For visible shipping or freight damage, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when possible.

For defects or incorrect products that are not reasonably apparent at the time of delivery, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

For confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect products covered under our policy, The Leisure Nook will cover applicable return shipping costs. Depending on the product and the nature of the issue, the resolution may include a replacement, repair, replacement part, or refund.
